Plant protection drone inspection
After a long period of high-intensity operation, some parts of the plant protection Drone Crop Planting UAV may appear aging, damage and other phenomena, which affects the operation efficiency and effect, and even brings hidden safety hazards. It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection of plant protection drones for a month of high-intensity operations to ensure the stability and reliability of plant protection drones.
1. Inspection of spraying system
Remove the water tank and observe whether there is any large deformation of the sealing ring and the sealing surface is damaged. If so, please replace it immediately, otherwise it may cause air intake and other failures.
Remove the lower screw cap of the water tank, remove the filter and corresponding sealing ring, check whether the filter is clogged, and clean the filter.
2. Maintenance and inspection of power system
a) Paddle
Use a wrung-out wet rag to clean the blade, grasp the blade end, lift the blade down or up, and check the blade for cracks.
Check the blade pads for wear. If the wear is severe, replace the blade pads in time.
Turn the blade to check if there is any looseness in the blade clamp. If loose, use an M4 screwdriver to tighten the blade fixing screw.
b) Motor
Turn the motor rotor to check whether the motor is stuck or blocked.
Pull the motor rotor slightly vertically upwards to check whether the motor rotor is loose.
Shake the motor horizontally, check whether the connection between the motor and the motor base and the arm is firm. It is recommended to remove the black motor protective cover, check whether the two screws fixing the motor base are loose, and whether the limit module of the motor base and the arm is worn.
