Pesticide sprayer drone for agriculture UAV fault diagnosis and self-repair and reconstruction are the guarantees for its autonomous control, which can improve the survivability and flight safety of Pesticide sprayer drone for agriculture UAVs. Problems of fault tolerance and reconfiguration control include: how to model major failures and structural damage in different situations, and avoid too much model; how to integrate different online fault detection and identification (FDI) and adaptive reconfigurable control (ARC) algorithm is integrated to cover different types of errors, including sensor failure, control effector failure, and structural and battlefield damage; how to change the control allocation algorithm (CAA) when a failure occurs. The control with fault diagnosis and self-repair and reconstruction functions is shown in the figure.
