In order to make our clients involved in the project, fully understand all the equipment provided by us and enhance the operational skills of the equipment, we will be responsible for organizing comprehensive and high-quality training for Agriculture Spray Drone equipment operations and management maintenance personnel. In addition to providing the users with technical instructions, operation instructions and relevant documents of the whole equipment.
Maintenance support
The company provide One year of warranty for all Agriculture Drone Products. Base maintenance is carried out by professional maintenance personnel. Our company will handle free of cost malfunction guidance, online support and on-site support during the warranty period. For on-site support the client will be responsible for (Air-ticket, Hotel reservation, Food, Daily expenses) of technicians and engineers.
