Carefully check whether there is abnormal noise when the motor rotates at low and medium speeds, check whether the fixed part of the motor and the chassis is loose, whether the internal bearing of the motor is intact, and whether there is sloshing friction between the motor rotor and the stator. The installation location or platform of the flight controller must be fixed to the sprayer drone frame, and must not have additional relative movement or vibration with the airframe itself. The above conditions will worsen the vibration of the body. Install the flight control as far as possible away from the airflow field generated by the high-speed rotation of the paddle, or install and use the hood to put the flight control cover in it, to reduce the influence of the airflow field on the pressure sensor in the flight control, especially the large diameter blade design drone.
