(1) No medicine liquid or insufficient suction power, showing no flow or insufficient flow
a. A new pump or a pump that has not been used for a certain period of time, because the air in the pump circulates inside and cannot absorb the liquid medicine;
b. The suction filter is exposed to the liquid surface or the filter is clogged;
c. Leakage at the connection between the suction pipe and the suction port (the seal ring is not put or tightened) or the suction pipe is broken;
d. The parts of the inlet valve or outlet valve are worn and damaged or stuck by debris.
(2) Poor nozzle atomization
a. There are impurities in the nozzle that are clogged or the nozzle is worn, and the nozzle hole is increased;
b. The speed of the pump is too low and the pressure is insufficient;
c. There is debris between the inlet and outlet valves and the valve seat, and the pressure is not raised;
d. The piston bowl of the piston pump and the diaphragm of the diaphragm pump are damaged;
e. The suction filter is exposed to the liquid surface, the suction pipe joint is not tightened or the suction pipe is broken, and air enters the pipe.
