Since June 2019, Pakistan has continued to suffer from locust plagues. At the beginning of 2020, the Pakistani government declared a state of emergency to deal with the severe locust plague and protect the interests of crops and farmers.

In February 2020, AGR Agriculture released an unmanned aerial vehicle technology plan for locust control to provide technical advice to relevant departments in Pakistan. In May 2020, AGR was invited to participate in the China-Pakistan Economic and Trade Cloud Forum to further share plant protection drone equipment and technical solutions.

After the locust breeding period from April to May, the control situation of locust plague in Pakistan remained severe from July to August. Through this donation activity, AGR Agriculture will go deep into the front line, provide professional technical training for the Pakistani brothers, and jointly fight against the locust plague.
